Where bets are below the deposit amount, we may cancel winnings and charge a commission of 10%, or not less than 0.75 CAD of the last deposit, rising to 15% where the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer. If your account is inactive for 180 days, we will charge an administration fee of 10 CAD per month, or deduct your whole balance if it is below 10 CAD. Closing an account with a positive balance or pending withdrawals will void those funds.
